Criminal justice reform is sweeping the nation. What does that look like in the state in which you live? Todd & Craig run down a few major changes to the system as well as give commentary on a little to late. Police officers will now give out summons in many cases where at one time they would place you under arrest. Most traffic infractions will not result in immediate arrest. Probation for certain felonies will be reduced from 5-3 years. The changes are vast but do they go far enough?
