A Michigan Judge (Judge Stevens) is blocking Michigan's two-week old ban on the popular e-cigarettes. A preliminary injunction was issued October 14th. The Judge said that there is evidence that if flavored e-cigarettes are banned, adults will return back to smoking more harmful combustible tobacco products..
