The Department of licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) has issued emergency administrative rules for the purpose of implementing the Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA). The emergency rules are needed to enable LARA, through its Bureau of Medical Marijuana Regulation (BMMR), to fully implement the MMFLA. Also, discussed in this episode are the capitalization requirements in which an applicant shall disclose to operate and maintain a marijuana facility.
