The Marijuana Regulatory Agency Releases Emergency Rules for the purpose of implementing the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act (MRTMA). In addition to the licenses types currently allowed, the emergency rules created a license fro individuals seeking to open designated consumption establishments. 

Attorney Steve Lehto joins the show to settle a dispute over the Michigan Ohio War!!!

Michigan Fireworks Safety Act of 2011, gives local government entities-villages, townships and cities-the right to restrict the days and times for their residents to use consumer fireworks by enacting local ordinances.
